It has also been 14 days since I left my car at Auto-Forum in Roskilde for repairs, and payed a “minor” sum of about DKK 9000 (£938). By coincidence, while reading the company magazine one morning, I see to my great dismay that I could actually have received an extra 10% discount on the bill, if only I had read the magazine earlier. I decided to drive by Auto-Forum again – the worst thing that could possibly happen was that I would get “No” for an answer. But there were NO problems or question asked.
